From 23 to 31 May, get ready for a half term filled with fun, energy, and endless memories at NL Active! Whether your children are into splashing, climbing, or friendly competition, we’ve got something to keep them moving, smiling, and having an unforgettable break.

Here’s what we’ve got lined up:

Crash course swimming lessons

We’re running group and one-to-one crash course swimming lessons over the May half term break to fast-track children’s water skills. With daily swimming lessons delivered over five days, your child will learn new skills, boost their confidence and make lasting progress. The crash courses are taking place at The Pods and Ancholme Leisure Centre, and you can find more information on our website.

Fun pool sessions

Let your little ones dive into the fun this half term with our exciting pool sessions!

Take on the giant inflatable obstacle course at The Pods and Baysgarth Community Hub and challenge friends to see who will be crowned king or queen of the course! Or transform into a magical mermaid at Ancholme Leisure Centre and experience life beneath the waves, try out our sea scooters at The Pods and Axholme North Leisure Centre, or come along to our Funsplash sessions to splash around, make new friends and enjoy the water! You can book the sea scooter and mermaid activities online.

Climbing wall challenge

Does your child love a challenge? Our climbing wall at The Pods will test their strength and bravery! Whether they’re new or seasoned climbers, our instructors will guide them through a thrilling climb and help them build confidence and tire them out nicely for an early night!

Skate park sessions

Hit the ramps and channels for some skate park fun! Whether they’re into skateboarding, scootering, or rollerblading, our parks at Live Well Isle of Axholme, Winterton Gym and Ancholme Leisure Centre are ready to shred! Best of all…. they’re 100% FREE!

Discounted racket sports

Smash boredom with amazing deals on racket sports! From pickleball to table tennis, it’s the perfect chance for children to try something new, have fun, and stay active this half term with our discounted offer at Ancholme Leisure Centre, Axholme North Leisure Centre, Baysgarth Community Hub and Live Well Isle of Axholme. Play more, pay less. Half price 3G football pitch hire

Calling all future football stars! Gather the squad and hit our 3G pitches at Ancholme Leisure Centre, Axholme North Leisure Centre, and Live Well Isle of Axholme for a game, practice, or simply a friendly kick about. With half price sessions this half term, it’s the perfect way to score big on fun!

Junior Gym induction course

If you’re aged 11 to 16 and want to keep active in the gym, join one of our four session induction courses that will give you a great introduction to working out in a gym environment. We’re running a four-session induction over the half term break and after completing this you’re able to then join our regular Junior Gym sessions.
